Mudei de operador TV+Net+Telefone recentemente para a Zon.
A primeira factura veio logo com um erro. Suspeitei o pior mas pensei que era desta que ia comprovar como o Serviço ao Cliente da Zon mudou para melhor. Ou pelo menos assim esperava.

O facto é que a resolução do problema não podia ter acontecido desta forma há alguns anos atrás.
